FSSA announced that the Camelback Inn, A JW Marriott Resort & Spa, Scottsdale, Arizona is the site of the 2010 FSSA Annual Forum, February 20 – 23, 2010.
"We are really excited about having our 2010 Annual Forum in Scottsdale and at the historic Camelback Inn," remarked FSSA President Gerry Connolly. "Our members will be pleased that we have negotiated a special $199.00 room rate that includes in-room Internet service as well as the resort fee. This is a great buy for all of our members."

This landmark resort, set on 125 acres of lush desert landscape, gives guests an authentic Southwestern experience. Nestled at the base of Mummy Mountain and overlooking the famous Camelback Mountain, this is a place where luxury comes naturally. Camelback Inn was opened in 1936 by entrepreneur Jack Stewart. Marriott Hotel Corporation acquired the property in 1967 and expanded the resort from 118 to 453 guest rooms. Many other amenities were added throughout the years, as well as extensive meeting and convention facilities.
From May 2007 with the re-opening in September 2008, the resort underwent a $50 million revitalization coined as "The Legend Grows". The renovation included demolition and re-design of the arrival courtyard, main lobby and lobby garden, restaurants, meeting space and guest rooms.
Accommodations feature 453 comfortable, spacious, Pueblo-style casitas with thoughtful touches everywhere. Included are 18 suites that range from grand to grandiose, some with private swimming pools. But no matter where our guests retire for the evening, they enter a luxurious, amenity-rich guestroom with French doors leading to a private patio or balcony and the glorious vistas of Camelback Inn.
