38th Annual Forum Partner Expo

The Fire Suppression Systems Association (FSSA) is inviting Suppliers and Manufacturers to exhibit at our 38th Annual Forum being held February 20 - February 24, 2020 at the Margaritaville Resort Orlando in Kissimmee, Florida. The 38th Annual Forum will attract more than 150 fire suppression company representatives, including key decision makers, from all over the world. This is the industry’s premier professional development and networking event of the year. As an exhibitor, you have the opportunity to build your brand recognition by meeting face-to-face with the experts who run the top fire suppression companies – all in one place. This is an event you won’t want to miss!

The Partner Expo package includes the following:

  • Registration for one (1) expo representative. Additional partner expo representatives are $650.00 each.
  • One (1) six-foot draped table with two chairs located in the main area of the Annual Forum
  • Complimentary electricity
  • Business listing in the onsite Annual Forum program
  • Listing on the Forum event page
  • Listing on the Forum App
  • One (1) attendee list (two weeks prior to Forum)

Late Registration: January 7 - February 20, 2020

  • Expo Only Additional Rep:  $800.00 (Late)
  • Full Forum: $1,600.00 (Late)
  • Full Forum Additional Rep:  $999.00 (Late)

**Cancellation Policy**

All cancellations must be in writing and emailed to [email protected] No refunds will be made after January 13, 2020.  Cancellations received prior to January 13, 2020  must be in writing and will be charged a $150 administrative fee.

 Hotel, airline and rental car cancellations must be made by the registrant. FSSA is not responsible for cancellation fees.
