Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be in writing. No refunds will be made after January 23, 2023. Cancellations for delegate registrations received prior to January 23, 2023 must be in writing and will be charged a $150 administrative fee. Cancellations for spouse registrations received prior to January 23, 2023 must be in writing and will be charged a $50 administrative fee.

If you are no longer able to attend the Annual Forum you may transfer your registration to someone else in your organization. The request must be made by filling out a registration substitution form.

FSSA secured a special room rate of $329.00 per night (plus tax, currently 9%).The room rate is available 3 days pre and post dates of the Annual Forum and is based on availability. Attendees are welcome to come in earlier or stay later than the actual forum dates to enjoy all that The Royal Sonesta San Juan has to offer by contacting them directly.

Room rate includes complimentary:

• Wireless internet service throughout the Hotel
• Access and use of fitness center 24-hours a day
• Use of chaise lounges at the pool and beach
• Towel service at the pool and beach
• Coffee and tea service in the room daily

The cut-off date for the hotel room block is January 23, 2023.
