Managing Your FSSA MembershipDo you need a login under your company's membership?If your company is already a member with FSSA, you're able to have your own member profile. You'll be able to use this profile to receive member benefits, like register for member-only events, apply special discounts to your purchases, and connect with other members! You'll need to reach out to the key contact of your company's FSSA membership and ask them to add you. The key contact for your company's FSSA membership can add you to the roster at any time! See below for instructions. Once added, reset your password here. How do I renew my membership?Only key contacts of the group can access an organization's membership to renew online. If you receive an error when opening the online renewal form, it is because you are not in your renewal period at this time. Renew Your FSSA Membership OnlineHow do I designate Key Contacts?Group membership administrators are called "key contacts." Key contacts can also designate others within the group to be key contacts. We recommend that only one person from the company is the key contact, but if you must add a second person, you are able to do that following the steps below.
How do I view my current group roster and edit, add or remove individuals?Only key contacts of the group can access an organization's membership information.
From this page, you can view the group's current membership roster. Click on a member's name to edit the profile. Select unlink to remove individuals from the group membership. To add individuals to your group membership, click the "Create Linked Profile" button which is located at the top of the group roster. Newly created members can use the forgot password link to reset their own password and complete the rest of the online member profile. Individuals can also be uploaded via excel format submitted to FSSA Headquarters at [email protected]. First name, last name, and email address must be included in separate columns. Please note, requests to headquarters may take 3-5 business days to process. How do I view invoices?Only Key Contacts of the group can view and pay invoices.
How to update the group membership account address?Only key contacts of the group can edit the organization's profile.
