FSSA has some exciting activities planned to kick off the Annual Forum on February 23-27, 2023 at the Royal Sonesta in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Attendees have the option to add fishing, golf, or a historical tour with shopping! All options are available on a first come, first-served basis, and are close to selling out. Pricing is per person. Secure your spot by selecting the optional activity while registering for the FSSA Annual Forum.
The cutoff date to reserve an optional activity is Thursday, December 29, 2022 or until they are sold out.
Old San Juan Historical Walking Tour With Shopping

Take a tour exploring Old San Juan, the oldest city in US territory!
- Learn about the architecture, culture, and traditions
- Visit Spanish cathedrals and forts, including San Cristobal, to learn how the Spanish built and defended their city
- Walk through its historic cobblestone streets for shopping and lunch on your own
Cost per person includes round-trip transportation, San Juan Fort Entrance fee, service charges and taxes. Lunch and shopping will be on own.
Deep Sea Fishing

Check out why Puerto Rico is famous for its international Bluefish Tournament. Puerto Rico has one of the most productive fishing grounds in the world, with Marlin and other tastier Game-fish such as Tuna, Dorado, and Wahoo aplenty.
Cost per person includes round-trip transportation, boat rental, fishing gear/tackle, bait, water, soft drinks, service staff, service charges and taxes.
Rio Mar Golf
7:45 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
$290.00 per person
Enjoy a game of golf on the River Course at the Rio Mar, designed by Hall of Fame great Greg Norman. This 6,945-yard course caters to players of all skill levels and is alongside the Mameyes river with views of the mountains and sea.
Cost per person includes round-trip transportation from the Sonesta to Rio Mar, greens fees, boxed lunch, service fee and taxes. Rental clubs may be reserved at an additional cost of $65 per person.
