ATTENDEE REGISTRATION

The FSSA Annual Forum is a member-only event, therefore "Delegate"/attendee tickets are available to FSSA Members only. Non-member suppliers and manufacturers may participate in the exhibit hall at the non-member rate.

what's included?

Delegate and Honorary Member Tickets include access to all aspects of the Annual Forum, including programming, the exhibit hall, and social events.

Spouse/Companion Tickets include access to forum social events and meals, including the special spouse breakfast on Saturday, February 14. If you plan to bring your spouse/companion to any event, they will need to register and have a name badge. Delegates are encouraged to bring their spouse/companion as they are an important part of our fire suppression community.

Cancellations & Substitutions

Refunds may be issued for cancellations received by January 9, 2026 with the following processing fees:

Delegates/Exhibitors: $150
Spouse/Companions: $50

No refunds will be made after January 9, 2026. Hotel, airline, and rental car cancellations must be made by the registrant.

If you are no longer able to attend the forum, you may transfer your registration to someone else in your organization if the request is received by January 23, 2026. All cancellations and substitution requests must be submitted via FSSA26 Cancellation & Substitution Form.
