Sponsorship Information

Each of the opportunities will include:

• Company logo and signage during the Annual Forum 
• Acknowledgment by FSSA Leadership and emcee 
• Sponsorship acknowledgment in the on-site program and on the FSSA website.

To secure an opportunity:

• All requests MUST be submitted through the online form.
• All requests are on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Once an opportunity is secured, it will automatically be removed from the online form.
• You will receive an email confirmation once the form is submitted. If you do not receive this email, check your spam/junk folder.
• All sponsorship opportunities must be paid within sixty (60) days of confirmation or the opportunity will be released.
