Sponsorship Information

Take advantage of the opportunity to support FSSA and the industry by sponsoring the 2023 Annual Forum. The FSSA welcomes and appreciates support. Each of the opportunities will include company logo and signage at event, acknowledgment by event host, and sponsorship acknowledgment in the on-site program and on the FSSA website.

Sponsorship Opportunities

 

Friday

Golf Luncheon | $3,500   A great opportunity to display your company name and logo at the FSSA golf event.  Includes signage at the golf course, logo on website and onsite program.

Golf Refreshment Cart | $2,000   Golfers need to stay hydrated and you can help quench their thirst by sponsoring an “oasis on wheels” on the course.  Includes branding on the cart, at the golf course,  logo on website and onsite program.

Golf Tournament Hole Sponsor | $250 (7 SOLD)   Signage on the tee box at your sponsored golf hole.

First Timer’s Reception | $1,800   You’ll want your logo visible at this event, where all first timers and FSSA Leadership are invited. An overview of the FSSA and ways to engage as a member will be shared with first time attendee and new members of the organization.

SOLD! Sponsored by Johnson Controls Welcome Reception and Dinner | $7,000   Sponsor the Welcome Reception and Dinner where a variety of hors d'oeuvres, cocktails, and dinner will be served.

Welcome Reception Entertainment | $1,250   Welcome attendees with the sound of local Puerto Rican music.  Our first night together includes catching up with old friends and meeting new ones, so it'll only be background music and won't be too loud.
SATURDAY

Attendee Breakfast | $3,500  Some say that breakfast is the most important meal.  How could you not want to sponsor the most important meal?  If you decide to sponsor the first breakfast for all attendees, you'll get a shout out right before the Annual Forum educational sessions kick off while everyone is in the room.

Spouse Breakfast | $2,000  Spouses will be able to sleep in a little later or take a sunrise yoga class on Saturday before the special breakfast that's just for them.  This event is always well attended and we expect Puerto Rico will be no different.  Anyone registering as a spouse is invited to attend.

Keynote Speaker | $10,000  All attendees are welcome to listen to our keynote speaker. You’ll have the opportunity to introduce our speaker from the podium.

Educational Session | $2,000  This opportunity permits you to sponsor a general session speaker. You will have the opportunity to introduce our speaker from the podium.
