The Annual Forum is a member-only event. Each person must be signed into their member profile to register for the event.
FSSA will be offering one registration this year for attendees that will allow you access to all aspects of the Forum.
Early Bird Registration - $75.00 Available until January 27, 2021
Regular Registration - $90.00 Available January 28 - February 9, 2021
Late Registration - $105.00 After February 9, 2021

Cancellation Policy |
All cancellation requests must be emailed to [email protected]. Cancellations are subject to a $15 administrative fee. No refunds will be made after February 9, 2021.
If you are unable to make the virtual Forum, you may transfer your registration to someone else in your organization. The request must be made via email to [email protected] and include the following information for the new registrant:

- Job Title
- Email
- Phone
