President's Reception & Banquet ★ $12,000 (exclusive)

This pinnacle event offers a grand opportunity to have your company name and logo placed throughout the event space. There will be additional signage to go along with the general sponsor benefit package. Favors or gifts may be presented to each attendee during the dinner, but their acquisition, packaging, and distribution is not included.

Welcome Reception & Dinner ★ $10,000 (exclusive)

Sponsor the Welcome Reception & Dinner where all attendees kick off the Annual Forum with hors d'oeuvres, cocktails, mocktails, and dinner. In light of being in San Diego, home to some of the world's most elite aviators (and our favorite movie, Top Gun), this year's reception with be aviator themed.

Luncheon ★ $6,000 (exclusive)

Midday refuel for the full squadron: attendees, spouses, and exhibitors. Your company owns the lunch buffet, with name and logo on display while everyone is in one room. Food functions are the ones people remember. Make sure they remember you.

Networking Reception ★ $5,000 (exclusive)

End the day the right way! After a long day of education, attendees will grab their cocktails and mocktails for this networking opportunity that will have your company name all over it.

Breakfast ★ $4,000 (2 available: Saturday or Sunday)

Wheels-up starts here. Treat every attendee to breakfast before educational sessions, and put your company on the first briefing of the day.

Business Track Takeover ★ $3,000

This opportunity will allow your company to sponsor ALL the business sessions of the day. Along with signage, you will have the opportunity to introduce speakers from the podium.

Technical Track Takeover ★ $3,000

This opportunity will allow your company to sponsor ALL the technical sessions of the day. Along with signage, you will have the opportunity to introduce speakers from the podium.

Installer or Manufacturer Division Breakfast ★ $3,000

Sponsor either manufacturer or installer breakfast and meeting. These sessions provide the platform to discuss industry trends, share ideas, raise questions, and network within the division.

Presidents Council Breakfast ★ $2,500 (exclusive)

Sponsor this special event where great minds of the last 40+ years of past presidents meets to provide guidance to the leadership of FSSA.

FSSA HERizon Meeting ★ $2,500 (exclusive)
Sponsor this event for HERizon, a community dedicated to empowering women in the fire suppression industry through connection, mentorship, and leadership.

First Timer Networking ★ $2,500 (exclusive)
You’ll want your company's presence at this event, where all first time forum attendees and FSSA Leadership are invited.

Welcome Dinner Themed Decor & Entertainment ★ $2,000

Sponsor the band or other entertainment for all attendees as we celebrate the first evening of the forum.

General Educational Session ★ $2,000 (3 available)

Sponsor a general session with the opportunity to introduce our speaker(s) from the podium.

Spouse Breakfast ★ $2,000 (exclusive)

Spouses will be able to sleep in a little later before this special breakfast that's just for them. Anyone registering as a spouse is invited to attend.

Networking Coffee Break ★ $950 (4 available)

Attendees always appreciate the company sponsoring the cold soda, water, or hot cup of coffee they enjoy after spending time in sessions. Select your first choice of break time on the sponsor form.

Mobile App Push Notification ★ $250 (6 available)

Sponsor a push notification and link to go out to all attendees via the FSSA mobile app. This is a great add-on for exhibitors who want to encourage attendees to visit their table. It's also a great way to follow up with attendees after the forum! (notification limited to 400 characters)

Lanyards ★ $5,000 (exclusive)

It's a favorite and usually the first to sell! Worn with each attendee name badge, your logo will be displayed all over the Forum and in photos for all to remember. Sponsor logo is featured along with FSSA logo.

FSSA Mobile App ★ $5,000 (exclusive)

Every attendee will access the app through smartphones or tablets. Sponsor the app and your company logo will be on the one thing that every attendee carries with them everywhere!

Wi-Fi ★ $4,000 (exclusive)

Help attendees stay connected throughout the forum. Your company name will be advertised on wi-fi signage and tent cards throughout the venue.

Pool Bag / Cooler / Forum Tote ★ $2,800

Attendees always love a good versatile bag for collecting materials in the exhibit hall, storing educational session documents or to take for a relaxing afternoon. Sponsor logo is featured along with FSSA logo and given to each attendee at check-in. Let us know what type of bag you're most interested in!

golf outing sponsorships

Golf Luncheon ★ $3,000 (exclusive)

A great opportunity to display your company name and logo at the FSSA golf event. Includes signage at the golf course, logo on website and mobile app.

Golf Beverage Cart ★ $2,500 (exclusive)

Golfers need to stay hydrated and you can help quench their thirst by sponsoring an “oasis on wheels” on the course. Includes branding on the cart, at the golf course, logo on website and mobile app.

Golf Towels ★ $1,000 (exclusive)

Standard issue for every golfer in the tournament. Sponsor logo and FSSA logo share the towel. Keep your name in play all 18 holes.

Golf Hole Sponsor ★ $300 (18 available)

A great way to display your logo and show your support! Signage on the tee box at your sponsored golf hole.

forum activity sponsorships

Sunday afternoon is a favorite forum tradition. A chance to unwind, catch up, and enjoy the waterfront at the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego. This year FSSA will set up outdoor cornhole and other yard games for anyone who wants to play. All attendees, spouses, and exhibitors are welcome. For cornhole, four regulation boards will be out so people can jump in, hang out, and enjoy ice-cold drinks.

Sunday Afternoon Beverage Sponsor ★ $3,000 (exclusive)
Sponsor the outdoor open bar during Sunday cornhole. Your brand is front and center while attendees, spouses, and expo partners relax, play, and connect.

Cornhole Board Sponsors ★ $2,800 (4 available)
Four regulation, professional-grade boards will be out for open play. Your logo is placed on a board used throughout the afternoon. After the Forum, the boards can go home with you. Sponsor is responsible for post-forum shipping costs and arrangements.

Giant Jenga ★ $1,500 (2 available)
A favorite stacking game customized with a laser engraved image or text of your choice. The giant tumbling timbers game stands 2.5 feet tall and depending on your level of experience can reach a height of 5 feet! This giant tumbling timbers set is made with beautifully crafted solid pine wood and includes a nylon carrying case.

Help attendees keep drinks cold. Can coolers will be used at the Welcome Reception and the Sunday activity.
