FSSA 40th Annual Forum - Partner Expo

The Fire Suppression Systems Association (FSSA) is inviting Suppliers and Manufacturers to exhibit at our 40th Annual Forum held February 17- 21, 2022 at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort in Bonita Springs, Florida. The 40th Annual Forum will attract more than 150 fire suppression company representatives, including key decision makers, from all over the world. This is the industry’s premier professional development and networking event of the year. As an exhibitor, you have the opportunity to build your brand recognition by meeting face-to-face with the experts who run the top fire suppression companies – all in one place. This is an event you won’t want to miss!

The Partner Expo package includes the following:

  • Registration for one (1) expo representative. Additional partner expo representatives are $650.00 each.
  • One (1) six-foot draped table with two chairs located in the main area of the Annual Forum
  • Complimentary electricity
  • Business listing in the onsite Annual Forum program
  • Listing on the Forum event page
  • One (1) attendee list (one week prior to Forum)

Shipping Information

Items can be shipped to Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort at 5001 Coconut Rd Bonita Springs, FL 34134.

When shipping items to the hotel, please clearly label them for the FSSA Annual Forum, ATTN: [Name of Company Representative Attending]. 

The hotel will be receiving your boxes, FSSA will not. If you are having trouble locating your boxes upon your arrival to the hotel, stop by the FSSA registration desk and we will be able to contact a hotel representative for you. 
Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be in writing and emailed to [email protected]. No refunds will be made after January 11, 2022.  Cancellations received prior to January 11, 2022 must be in writing and will be charged a $150 administrative fee.

Hotel, airline and rental car cancellations must be made by the registrant. FSSA is not responsible for cancellation fees.
