The 40^th FSSA Annual Forum Golf Tournament will be held Friday, February 18, 2022 onsite at the Raptor Bay Golf Club.

Golf Tournament Pricing (includes lunch):

• Early-bird (ends November 16, 2021):  $139.00
  
• Regular (ends January 18, 2022):  $149.00
  
• Late/Onsite (January 18 - February 20, 2022): $169.00

To participate in the golf tournament, you must be registered for the Annual Forum.

**Cancellation Policy**

All cancellations for golf must be in writing. No refunds for golf will be made after January 18, 2022. Cancellations for golf that are received prior to January 18, 2022 must be in writing and will be charged a $50 administrative fee. No shows will be charged and no refund will be issued.

Annual Forum registration, hotel, airline, and rental car cancellations must be made by the registrant. FSSA is not responsible for cancellation fees.

40s Themed Celebration at the Welcome Reception

We are excited to announce the theme to the Welcome Reception & Dinner at the 40^th Annual Forum… The 40s! As we celebrate 4 decades of the FSSA it only made sense to celebrate this accomplishment with a 40s-decade themed welcome reception. Come dressed in your best 40s garb, start brushing up on your swing dancing skills (hint, hint!), and get ready to celebrate 40 years of the FSSA!

5^th ANNUAL WIFFLE BALL WORLD SERIES

The fire suppression’s finest wiffle ball teams will battle it out for the 5^th Annual Wiffle Ball World Series title during this year’s Forum!  We invite you to play ball or just attend as a spectator.

There is no cost for this event and everyone will receive a commemorative t-shirt. Donations will be accepted for the FSSA Educational Foundation during the game. All donations received are 100% tax deductible and benefit the FSSA scholarship program and foundation.
