The FSSA Annual Forum is a member-only event, therefore "Delegate"/attendee tickets are available to FSSA Members only. Non-member suppliers and manufacturers may participate in the Partner Expo at the non-member rate.

What's Included with Registration?

Delegate and Honorary Member Tickets include access to all aspects of the Annual Forum, including programming, the Partner Expo and social events.

Spouse/Companion Tickets include access to all social events throughout the Annual Forum, including the special spouse breakfast on Saturday, February 24. If you plan to bring your spouse/companion to any event, they will need to register and have a name badge.

Optional activities are not included in any ticket and require separate registration.

Cancellations:

Refunds may be issued for cancellations received by January 19, 2024. All cancellations must be in writing, emailed to [email protected] with subject line "FSSA 2024 Forum Cancellation: name of registrant."

Refunds incur the following processing fees which will be deducted from the ticket refund:

• Delegates: $150
• Spouse/Companions: $50

No refunds will be made after January 19, 2024. Hotel, airline, and rental car cancellations must be made by the registrant. FSSA is not responsible for cancellation fees.

Substitutions:

If you are no longer able to attend the Annual Forum you may transfer your registration to someone else in your organization. The request must be made by submitting a registration substitution form no later than January 31, 2024.
