ROOM RATES & reservations

Forum attendees and exhibitor participants can book a room at the FSSA group rate ($399 plus tax/fees) on dates from check in on Wednesday, February 11 through check out on Tuesday, February 17, 2026 while vacancy lasts or until the deadline of January 21, 2026.

LIMITED discounted rooms are available on fringe days (February 11 and 17). Book early as the room block will sell out! Bookings must be made using the FSSA BOOKING LINK or by calling the hotel at 1-954-525-4000 or 1-800-222-6543 and requesting the FSSA group rate.

resort fee 

The FSSA group rate at the Marriott also receives a discounted resort amenity package fee of $25 per day (originally $44) which includes:

• Resort-wide high-speed Wi-Fi access including guest room and meeting space
• Complimentary beach chair (one per registered guest)
• Two resort welcome beverages
• One-hour rental of non-motorized water sport equipment per day (paddle boards, kayaks, boogie boards)
• One-hour rental of beach games per day (corn hole, bocce ball, horse shoes, Giant Jenja, Connect 4)
• Two fitness classes per day (reservations required)
• Two one-hour bicycle rentals per day
• 60-minute tennis court use per day including rackets and balls (reservation required
• $25 credit for use at The Spa for services of 50 minutes or more. FSSA guests also receive 10% off The Spa menu pricing (promos exclude salon services)
