The FSSA Annual Forum is a member-only event, therefore delegate/attendee tickets are available to FSSA Members only. Non-member suppliers and manufacturers may participate in the exhibit hall at the non-member rate.

$1,199 - SAVE $200 with Early Access Rate through October 6, 2026
$1,399 - Regular Rate October 7, 2026 - January 14, 2027

what's included?

Delegate and Honorary Member Tickets include access to all aspects of the Annual Forum, including programming, exhibit hall, and social events.

Spouse/Companion Tickets include access to forum social events and meals, including the special spouse Wingman Breakfast on Saturday, February 20. If you plan to bring your spouse/companion to any event, they will need to register and have a name badge. Delegates are encouraged to bring their spouse/companion as they are an important part of our fire suppression community. Spouse tickets can be added to your delegate registration. Cancellations & Substitutions

Refunds may be issued for cancellations received by January 14, 2027 with the following processing fees:

  • Delegates/Exhibitors: $150
  • Spouse/Companions: $50

No refunds will be made after January 14, 2027. Hotel, airline, and rental car cancellations must be made by the registrant. 

If you are no longer able to attend the forum, you may transfer your registration to someone else in your organization if the request is received by January 28, 2027. All cancellations and substitution requests must be submitted via FSSA Cancellation & Substitution Form.
