Additional Exhibitor Representative Tickets: Additional representative tickets can be added to the exhibitor registration form. Non-member representative tickets include exhibit hall and social events only (no educational sessions). The FSSA Annual Forum is not just any "expo." In fact, we are quite the opposite. Exhibitors love being at FSSA because there's no getting lost in a huge tradeshow floor. Our exhibitors are part of the forum experience and interact with attendees on a more personal level. Table tops throughout the forum meeting space allow interaction during breaks, receptions, and between educational sessions.

To keep our signature "small-setting," table space is LIMITED and available on a first-come, first-served basis. FSSA Headquarters will assign table numbers as we get closer to the event. The best locations are awarded based on date of registration and/or level of sponsorship.

FSSA does not accept booth assignment requests.

Incoming and Outgoing Packages

Exhibitors are responsible for all costs and arrangements associated with shipping and receiving of materials. Shipping and receiving services at the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego are handled on-site by the FedEx Office Print & Ship Center located on the lobby level. For all shipping information, including handling and storage fees, contact the FedEx office.

Labeling: Please address all packages being shipped to the hotel in the following format:

Please have shipment tracking information in your possession until all items are received. This will enable FedEx to locate missing shipments. We recommend coming prepared with pre-printed return labels.

Substitutions & Cancellations

Cancellations received prior to January 14, 2027 will be charged a $150 administrative fee. No refunds will be made after January 14, 2027.

If a registered exhibitor rep is no longer able to attend the Annual Forum, substitution may be requested for another individual. The request must be made by submitting a substitution form no later than January 28, 2027. **Transferring of name badges cannot be requested on site.**

All cancellations and substitution requests must be made via the online form.
